As for the cost of the retreat, this includes your accommodation, all yoga and meditation sessions, workshops, and healthy meals. However, other services, such as massages or excursions, may incur an extra charge. We are striving to provide everything you need for a rewarding restorative experience without hidden fees.
There is no requirement for prior experience in yoga, as the retreat is open to all levels, complete beginners to advanced practitioners. This means that the classes devised will meet the different aptitudes. The teacher is always on hand to ensure ease and support at every stage of your journey.
We offer a mix of yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. We tend to be gentler in the mornings, feeling like this wakes up the body, while in the afternoons, we are more dynamic. In the evenings, we are more relaxing, creating a wholesome experience both for those new to yoga and for our regular yogis.
Bring good comfortable yoga clothes, a reusable bottle for water, sunblock, and bug repellent. A light sweater for cool evenings and a journal to write down your thoughts and insights on the retreat would be great. We'll have some mats for everyone at the retreat. However, if you have a favorite or personal mat that makes you feel more comfortable, you can bring that along.
You are totally welcome to attend with a friend or on your own. Many guests come alone and find it is an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded people. When you come alone, or even accompanied, you join a cozy community of respect for the individual and space for connection with yourself and others.
We have private rooms or shared rooms, whichever fits your style. However, every place has been designed to relax within it with warm bedding, quieting scenery. So relax in an atmosphere that should seem peaceful and rejuvenating to enhance your retreat experience.
We offer fresh, healthy food prepared with local products and primarily a vegetarian choice. Our menu is designed to revitalize and cleanse the body as well as fulfill many different diets. Healthy meals that will support your yoga practice by nourishing your body and soul.
