In order to book for the course participant is required to deposit booking amount, the booking amount is 29,245 Rupees for Indian Participants & 350 Euro for International Participants, you can either deposit it via Google pay | Razor pay | Net banking Or Paypal, Paypal takes 5% service charge in India as an Indian pay-pal fees so if you want to avoid it you can pay your booking amount from the other stated payment gateways in the payment page, An official booking confirmation letter will be sent to you shortly after successful advance deposit for the course fees, the balance of the course fees can be paid on arrival at school either by credit card, debit card or cash.

The Heartland Yoga course payment process is a simple two-step booking system for our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, 300 Hour YTT, Kundalini TTC and yoga retreats in Rishikesh. You first pay a 30% advance (approximately €350 or ₹29,245) through a secure Razorpay, PayPal, UPI or bank transfer link to reserve your seat, and then settle the remaining balance in cash or card upon arrival at our school in Tapovan, Rishikesh. A confirmation letter is emailed within 24 hours of successful payment.

Students who are willing to pay their complete course fees in once and don’t want to carry money while travelling, they can do an online bank transfer in school bank account.

- We are accepting different kind of payment methods, however we are kindly make a suggestion of paying the remaining balance by cash, or through online banking as it is the most convenient way for both of us.

Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Heartland Yoga follows a transparent, student-friendly refund policy for yoga course payments. If you cancel your booking well in advance of your confirmed start, the advance is fully transferable to any upcoming session. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, subject to seat availability. Can I pay the full yoga course fee upfront instead of only 30%?
Yes. Students who prefer not to carry cash while travelling can pay the full course fee in advance via online bank transfer to our ICICI Bank account (details listed on this page). Full advance payment does not attract any extra fee and speeds up your check-in on arrival day.
Why does PayPal charge 5% extra on Indian payments?
PayPal India levies a ~5% cross-border and currency-conversion fee on incoming international payments - a policy set by PayPal itself, not by Heartland Yoga. To avoid this charge, we recommend paying via Razorpay in EUR, Wise or a direct SWIFT bank transfer to our ICICI account.
Is the online payment on Heartland Yoga safe and secure?

What is the refund and cancellation policy for the yoga course booking?
If you cancel well in advance of your confirmed start, the advance is fully transferable to any upcoming session. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost, subject to seat availability. Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
Do you have an IBAN code for international bank transfers to India?
Indian banks do not use IBAN - they use the IFSC code instead. For international transfers to Heartland Yoga simply provide your bank with our IFSC: ICIC0001596, SWIFT/BIC: ICICINBBNRI, and account number 159605001584 at ICICI Bank, Rishikesh Branch. Most global banks accept IFSC in the IBAN field automatically.
Can I pay the balance yoga course fee by credit or debit card on arrival?
Yes, cards are accepted at the school reception, but card transactions on arrival attract an extra swipe-machine fee charged by the bank (typically 2–3%). To avoid this, we recommend paying the balance in cash (INR, EUR or USD accepted) or via online bank transfer before arrival.
